Indra Aziz is a dedicated music educator for more than 10 years. He has taught many singers throughout his career. Indra was a vocal professor at UPH Conservatory and Institut Musik Indonesia for several years until he decided to teach as a freelance vocal coach so that he can reach more people not just inside the academic institutions.
Indra has worked with Afgan, Raisa, Agnez Mo, Vidi Aldiano, Nino RAN, Indonesian Idol, The Voice Indonesia, and many more!

IAVS has 5 grades, plus one preparatory grade. Every singers will go through a placement test when they register at IAVS to determine which grade is suitable for their needs. Currently IAVS has a team of 4 highly skilled vocal teachers besides Indra Aziz himself. The teachers are Tedy Eka, Fary Firyana, Gustam Pribadi, and Haekal Irham. Students will have a regular weekly one-on-one session on 50 minutes with one of the IAVS teachers, and they have an option to come to Indra Aziz’s monthly evaluation class. Evaluation class is where students meet with Indra Aziz and work directly with him in a group class setting. Evaluation class is the time to check on progress, Q&A, and group discussion.
Although each grades has its own targets and focus, each student will be coached according to their needs and interests. The IAVS grading system is basically a set of technical standards that IAVS set for the students. Tests will be held regularly, but only students that have a recommendation from their teachers are eligible for taking it. Also there is a minimum session count of 24 sessions before a teacher can recommend their student to take a test. Tests will be judged by IAVS teachers and Indra Aziz.
